How do I increase the speed of torrent downloads?

Question

I have an apple powerbook G4 and I'm downloading using the program "Tomato Torrent" and I usually download torrents from demonoid.com. My download rate never exceeds more than 60kb/ps, although I know most pc's can download torrents up to 320kb/ps.................Where is the "bottle neck" on my downloads? Is there a faster application I should be using?........Keep in mind this is a mac question

YOU DONT IT'S THE TO DO WITH THE AMOUNT OF SEEDERS THE MORE THE BETTER AND IT COULD BE THE SPEED OF YOURE COMP IF YOU DONT HAVE BROADBAND
