I want to get Nair but I dont know if it works. If anyone has tried it, does it work? If so, is it painful, and how long do the results last?

i tried nair and it does work well, but the only bad thing about it is that if you leave it on too long, than it burns your skin and leaves a burning rash. The rash takes about a week to heal and leaves marks. But otherwise, nair removes hair quickly and it takes longer for the hair to grow back.

Yes, Nair does work. nair is not painful or anything as long as you dont keep it on your legs longer than 3 minutes. the results usually last up to 2 or 3 maybe even 4 days!

Nair works well, but you will want to test it on a small patch of skin to make sure you aren't allergic to it. I can use Nair but not Neet, which is another brand of dipilitory creme, for example. Both work well, but I'm allergic to Neet.

Nair works for me and I've never had any problems with it at all but if you have sensitive skin, then Nair may irritate your skin.

i've only tried the kind that looks like lotion, and it doesnt hurt. The nair you just spread and damp over your hairy az skin and wipe off with warm water. it sort of works but you kinda have to do it more than once. cuz a lot is left behind, its messy! smelly, and it dodesn't last very long. best option is to just shave. waxing hurtss a **** and its not hard to shave your legs, or even arms, or w/e everyday, DONT SHAVE YOUR FACE lol, thats for sures, sideburns and eyebrow shaving is an extreme NO dont ****** do it. it looks DISGUSTING. wax that chit at the salon.

It works best on fine hair, if you have heavier hair it tends to leave some behind. It does burn a bit, and can leave your skin irritated. It lasts till it grows out, which for me, isn't that long--a couple of days. I'm not crazy about it, I prefer a razor.

yes Nair does work but you still need to use a razor and if you don't use it right then you will have a lot of scars!!!!

I have sensitive skin and I tried it and it gave me an infection. weird huh? they should have some type of label or something stating "NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN" but they don't wish I knew this before because I have a big scar on my leg where I tried it for 5 min. it's hard to believe that it did that much damage in only 5 min.

I would try it on a very small area on your skin and see if it works for you first before just putting it on and ruining your skin.

good luck!

for me, it didn't. I have pretty sensitive skin, and it just kind of seeped into my pores and made them huge and burning and itchy. It also smelled like ***, it's prettttttty much the worst smell in the world.

But I've heard that it works for a lot of people. If you have sensitive skin, wax or shave. Otherwise, go ahead and give it a go.

Yes,it actually does work! You have to sit with it for like 7 minutes or so [and it stinks like egg or something], but it's really amazing. Your legs will be really smooth, it lasts ALOT longer than shaving [because it takes the entire hair off,as opposed to shaving, which just cuts the surface off and makes it all bristly]

It's painful if you have ingrown hairs, or use it where you have razorburn. If you watch out for that, you'll be fine =]
