Sweetie,you need to make sure this "friend" understands that he cannot speak to you that way!A real friend respects you.First,I would make sure he understood that you do not like that,and you wish he would stop speaking with you that way.You may like him,but if he doesnt respect you now,as a friend he isnt going to ever respect you!You need to lay the law down,and take charge of the situation.Males like this often end up being the ones who do not understand when "NO!" means "NO!".Respect starts from the very first moment you meet...If he cannot respect you now...respect will never be in the situation.You need to stand up for yourself and show him you are someone that will not be walked all over.
Later down the road,if he learns how to take your feelings and wishes into consideration then maybe you two can date.If he never finds how to do those things,he isnt worth your time.Good luck hun,and have a good evening!
