Why are Asian children the biggest targets for pedophiles?

This is a serious question, so I am not trying to offend anyone. If you have a website or know any books about this, I would appreciate it.

"A report from the International Bureau for Children's Rights said the majority of child prostitutes come from poor families in northern Thailand, referred to as the "hill tribes." With limited economic opportunities and bleak financial circumstances, these families, out of desperation, give their children to "recruiters," who promise them jobs in the city and then force the children into prostitution. Sometimes families themselves even prostitute their children or sell them into the sex trade for a minuscule sum of money." [2]

"There are possibly a few reasons why that is so – the state of legal infrastructure, level of poverty, lack of integrated social fabric and lack of resources and technical expertise by the Cambodian law enforcement." [3]

From these articles, you will probably get the idea that many pedophiles target Asian countries because
> there is a lot of poverty & selling sex requires no special skill or training;
> there are not many laws against having sex with children and those there are don't get enforced; in fact, some law enforcement officials take bribes to look the other way;
> many men think the Asian children they have sex with are either "virgins" or HIV-free.

Most of these innocent children are poor, mostly not in supervision of their parents or the abandoned children, and they can easily convinced. They are not taught but forced to.. because of poverty and fear, even a young rich child can be a victim of pedophile depend on the motive.

beacause of poverty at a young children are taught to work for an additional income for the family thats why they are easily lured by these dumb and selfish individuals to work for prostitution or sold to perverts who only knows nothing but to abuse children.

the present economic state of most third world countries is the main reason why most kids from asia and other third world countries are prone not only to sexual abuse but all other forms of abuse.
