Porterhouse. It has the best of both worlds, it is where the T-bone comes from as well as the always tender filet mignon.
Due to their large size and the fact that they contain meat from two of the most prized cuts of steak, Porterhouse steaks are generally considered one of the highest quality steaks, and prices at steakhouses are accordingly high. Porterhouse steaks are even more highly valued due to their larger tenderloin.

Try a rib steak. It is a prime rib roast cut into steaks, the fat and the bone give this cut the best steak flavor ever

Rib eye steak is the most tender. Also known as a delmonico. Delicious with bernaise sauce. Cook it till medium rare. Yummy.

Skirt steak! Tons of flavor and the leftovers are great for fajitas.
