Condition, condition, condition. And whenever possible, don't blow dry or heat style your hair. Heat styling drains the moisture from your hair. Also, if you towel dry, do not rub your hair with the towel- gently pat it over your hair and air dry. Also, once a week use a deep conditioner and leave it on for a good 10-15 minutes, and use a watery-type leave in conditioner even when you condition in the shower.

Use a deep conditioning mask or try a hot oil treatment in your hair. Most of the products are filled with vitamins that make hair really soft. Also try RedKen All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner. It is by far my FAVORITE!!! It works incredibly well and it makes my hair feel very soft and smooth!

use a leave in conditioner. and use conditioning masks once or twice a week. Im a hairstylist, and I also use a shine serum (silicone based) and a silicone based shine spray. It makes my hair shiny and soft without being greasy.
