Tasteless is NOT a flavor. It's confusing, yes. But a flavor is something that we can taste (it's sweet, salty, yadda-yadda). If it is tasteless, how is it a flavor? That makes no complete sense whatsoever. A flavor can come in either smell or taste. But if it's tasteless, what's really the point of it being a flavor? So no, it's not a flavor.

Um...if you can't taste it, it means it doesn't have flavor. But-for example, water does have a taste, and everyone says it doesn't. I think everything has a taste. But, if something were tasteless, I guess it woudn't have flavor.

Tasteless is "having no taste."
That is impossible because even the purest of water has taste. Water can be referred to as "tasteless" but we all know better that water has some taste.
Our brain cannot decipher "tasteless." Think of this... was there ever a time you couldn't taste?
The only way you CANNOT taste is when your tongue is 100% dry, according to http://home.bitworks.co.nz/trivia/body.htm
