Hello,

I am interested in opening a free clinic in my neighborhood, aimed toward children and teens, but all are welcomed, but I don't know how to get started, any suggestions?

Any ideas will be very much appreciated.

Thank You

Well, I am assuming that you have some kind of medical degree, like doctor or NP or RN or something.
The first step I would think would be to contact the hospitals in the area and see if they have any kind of outreach program you can attach yourself to.
The first issue will be space (a building to have the clinic in). You might be able to use a church building, but what would be great would be if there was already a clinic established that you could use.
Are there any Red Cross buildings in your area? Or other blood donation organizations?
I'd also suggest you contact the Chamber of Commerce and/or the Better Business Bereau in your area, they will also be able to give you some guidance.
You might also want to try getting national sponsorship for your project. Try Doctors without Borders, Mercy Ships, and the United Way websites. They will have contact information there to point you in the right direction.
Lastly I'd suggest local churches. You can get a great source of space and volunteers from them.

I think it's a wonderful thing you are doing, it's great to see someone with a giving and charitable heart reaching out to her community. Hope I helped and good luck!
