Why are you always so picky when It comes to guys? Like the way you look at us, to the way you speak to us.
Whats the difference between the average guy, the one that you know, and that other guy you see walking down the street that you are eyeing?

maybe its just you. have you taken a bath lately? with soap? and water? do you change your underwear? everyday?
thats the vital key to getting girls.
you have to look nice too. try combing your hair. or taking off that goofy hat. yes...i know you have a goofy hat on right this minute.

The average guy-always being seen, will always going to be around. Just a run-of-the-mill guy. If you seen one, you'll see another. No worries if that chance is going to pass you by.
Guy we know-Someone we've known for a period of time and have confidence where we know something about them, what they are thinking, and even feelings. Depends on how well we know them and how honest they were being the whole time.
Random guy-Someone that we might miss out on. Once-in-a-lifetime-meeting. Gotta grab him before he passes out of view and reach forever.
At least, that's my observations.

everything looks better from afar, and this is going to be one of MANY things you'll have to deal with in your life with girls. roll with the punches.
