Your first problem is the fact that you say, "I can't." My question to you is, why can't you? To my knowledge, there is not an individual in this world who does not have enough time -- and if there is, they really need to do something to change that. For example, the time you're currently spending on the computer could be used to exercise. And there is no diet I'd ever recommend because the typical association with the word "diet" is "a few weeks of starving." The fact of the matter is, if you want to get into shape -- and stay that way --you need to completely change your lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Why can't you go to the gym?
There's nothing to keep you from doing some physical activity at home. Instead of sitting around on the PC get up and march in place for 15 minutes a couple of times a day. Do it while you watch TV at night.
Walk around the block. It's lighter longer now, so you should be able to take a walk after dinner. Try to make a game of it. If it takes you 15 minutes to get around the block tonight, then try to do it in 13 tomorrow! Give yourself a couple nights of 13 minute blocks the add some distance and time that. Then do that same distance in less time . . . .
Weight management is all about calories in verses calories out. It does not matter what your age is - even for me at 42 that's all it's about. Unless your doctor tells you to watch out for specific foods (like diabetics should monitor their carbs or sugars), then it isn't what you eat but how much you eat and how much you move.
No fancy diets - don't starve yourself because then you'll get tired and bored and overeat to compensate. Balance a rational diet with physical activity!

Ok, your still young, Its great your taking this into your own hands now. Your parents should be giving you lower calorie food, less salt, and less fat. I know it sounds boring but it will work out in the long run. Also you could walk, roller skate, run, swim, walk a dog, take all the steps, and cut your parents grass, shovel for neighbor, etc etc. When you have a salad don;t load it up with high calorie dressing. If you have more than 1 soda a day your pushing it already. I allow myself one soda a month:) I drink about 2 liters of water, and tea every day. Grapefruits, lemons and limes are all natural fat burners too. Bananas and grapes are high in calories. You can use soup cans for hand weights. Jumping rope is fun and very easy to lose weight doing that every other day. Jogging is fun too especially with a dog to keep you company or another jogging buddy!! Take this advice from me as I have got little girls clothes all my life, until now since I am pregnant for the first time:) I wish you all the luck and you can always ask me for advice at my old job everyone came to me with workout questions and dieting advice. I also bench press my own weight. My hubby and I met at the gym! Take care hon,

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The outward kind of an individual is perfect in the eyes of the planet when every function is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height plays a substantial role.
Height isn't just a number is one of many vital standards in plenty of fields: sports, being a part of the defense power, wooing some body, obtaining a work or simply bolstering one's self-confidence therefore, if you wish to be slightly taller you only have to utilize this plan https://tr.im/7xULf , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The mixture of proteins with development hormones, would certainly cause a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this guide, how you can put this mix in practice because this system really benefit nearly all people.

Here is a website that you can get some ideas for good meal plans. It is aimed at diabetics but the meals are good for everyone.

http://www.webmd.com/solutions/eating-well-with-diabetes/meal-plan

The key to weight loss is to acheive a balance where you expend more energy in a day than you take in as food.

In simple terms, stop shoving stuff in your face and get a bit of exercise and you will lose weight. :)

It is a lifestyle change, so you can continue with it every day and avoid the diet, gain weight, diet cycle which is very damaging to you.

In a diabetic diet they talk about exchanges or servings. Each exchange is about the same calories but is a different food. So you can swap any carbohydrate exchange for another carb exchange.
That might be two pieces of toast for a hamburger bun or a muffin .

The truth is: You must take in less food than you burn up to lose weight. You can burn fat by merely walking fast. Start with short walks to see how you do then, slowly increase the length of your walks. Meanwhile begin to increase your veggie, and fruit intake. Eliminate unhealthy snacks such as: dough nuts, cookies, chips, candy and soda pop. Drink a gallon of water daily, not all at once, just fill a cleaned out gallon milk jug with water, put it in the fridge and drink from it throughout the day. If you have your own room, begin dancing in there to some fast music, this is doing light aerobic walking. You have the privacy of your own room and you are exercising. Don't get discouraged because you don't lose weight fast. The idea is to create a whole new way of eating and exercising to create a healthier and slimmer you. Give it a try and picture yourself in a year.

I think you know a lot of the answers. Avoid fats & processed foods, don't snack, eat lots of veggies, etc.

If you can't go to the gym, you should try to participate in more sports at school. At home, you can always do jumping jacks (these are great while watching TV), push-ups, sit-ups, or just jog in place a lot. Keep moving around all the time.

Your doctor can also help you find more personal answers.

Wish I had more detail into your question...

You don't need to go to the gym, you can do it at home and at school, but I suggest you see you doctor about your health problem before going on a diet plan. First you need to control how much you eat, what you eat. 2ndly, you need to watch your fat intake, and other substance in food that tend to make people fat by looking at labels on food and plus eating fruit and vegetable, and all the food guide that the doctors recommend. 3rdly, stay away from sugary food like pop, and drink plenty of water (not all at once in one day). Need to drink at least 5 glasses of water a day or what your doctor recommend. Lastly exercise, slow first then work you way up, what ever your doctor recommend too according to your age, weight, height, and other health wise. Unless you have diabetes which is hard to lose weight but it is not impossible to lose it which your doctor will tell you if you have it or not. Good Luck.

Here is an "easy" plan:
(1) Don't eat between meals
(2) Drink lots of water
(3) Avoid fat and sugar
(4) If you can't exercise, build more physical activity into your daily life (e.g. walk more, do sit ups, vacuum clean the house etc.)

The plan is very easy. The problem is usually compliance with the plan. If you have self discipline, you can easily loose weight.
