I was talking to some friends, and one said that they had heard that you could drink a shot of Anti-bacterial Handgel and it was equivolent to 9 shots of alcohol. Is that true? and wouldnt that taste disgusting?
Im not like planning on going home and drinking a bottle of hand sanitizer thats gross, but I had to know if it was true or not.

yes just as you could listerine. It would taste pretty yucky I'm sure.The main danger would be with young children taking a drink because they would very likely get alcohol poisoning.

I would not do that. Antibacterial things may get in the way with your digestive system and could cause many issues with your intestines. Also, your body has bacterias in your stomach to break down the food. You do not want to kill that bacteria! Don't go and hurt your body more than you would with the Alcohol.

I dont know about that but you can over use the stuff. People eventually end up getting sick more often becuase they used it every time they washed their hands. Your body needs to take in bacteria to build up an immunity to it, if you are consistantly killing the bacteria before you build the immunity you can never be impervious to that sickness.

There are different types of alcohol.
The kind you drink(ethyl), the kind you find in 'rubbing' alcohol(isopropyl), and methyl(used for chemical purposes), as well as a few others.
The kind in hand gel is NOT drinkable---it could kill you.

look on the back and see wat it has, yes it is digusting and it can kill u if u take from it and it depends on how u'r body and imune system react to its intake
