my baby sis is kind of mean and she is very picky she 10 months she can walk but she is very complicated!

Well she is not really mean, though she may do some things that are not nice. Babies need to learn everything, and at 10 months old babies don't understand that people have different feelings. Understand the toys you give have to be her level. She won't like little people for example because she doesnt understand how to make them walk, talk, and act older because she isn't older yet. However she might like a toy car to push across the floor or some of your old baby toys.

Also if there is something you don't want your sister to have it is best to put it somewhere she cannot reach it (on a shelf or under your pillow) or get 2 of them. If you have a special teddy bear or something put yours on top of your dresser and give her a different stuffed animal. Try not to play with the item in front of her, and keep doors and boxes shut.

Most importantly be nice to her, arguments happen but she does love you and when she is a bit bigger she will be easier to take care of.
