There are several things that help me to relax, and thats after a long and stressful day at work. I go for a good 5 mile walk with both my fianse and as well with my dog. Sometimes I'll go swimming in the pool in the apartment which both of us live in. Having great sex helps out a lot, as well as sometimes just going to the movies, or listening to some nice soft music.

If you're up to it, get away from people
for at least 8 hours. Play something laid back,
like some David Sanborn. Turn off the
Cel Phone. Turn off the radio. Sans
the caffiene for a little. Try that.
and be chummy with the squirrels.
They have taste, and know the local nuts.
