Love is a very tricky thing. You can think you are in love with someone only to find out that it was lust. I believe that true love is total trust, respect and affection for another. You can love a puppy, but without the trust, respect and affection - then you have nothing.

Love is a word, and means nothing, dont worry about if you love him or if he loves you. The word love and the idea of how we achieve or gain love is only what one person believes it to be and it different for everyone.
Use this logic, there is a few simple things to understand and have for a relationship to work and be long term.
1. Are you better friends than lovers? If yes your good!
2. Do you argue over stupid things? If Yes not good!
3. When your together is it always silent or filled with physical communication? If yes not so good!
4. Is this person atrractive or are you turned on when aroiund this person? Yes is good!
5. Do you look for time away or time together after a few months? If you look for time away its not good.
There is actually a book and some articles on what a relationship needs besides what we call love. I suggest you look into it a bit and you will eaily find what you can call love!

my opinion is people fall in love when they take the time to get to know them. REALLY take the time. you know that your in love when you cant go a day without thinking about that person when your not together hurts and when your together you feel completed

I am not trying to make this sound sad or anything but I knew I was in love with my ex-husband when we were lots younger. I gave my heart and soul to him. And he seemed to do the same with me. But then he hurt me when he decided he did not love me anymore and though the proof was not easy to find...he had decided to see other women...that we(family and I) are sure of. But you know....it is there...when you can not feel like you will live another day without them....it is hard to breath....your are anxious.....those are a few of the signs.....good luck.

L.O.V.E what is that really? one falls in love by caring soooo much 4 that person that you are willing to fight your worst fear just to be with the one you want. love is when words can't even tell how you feel, it is also when you are in the clouds and not even 100,000,000,000 tons of iron can ever bring you down. and also your amount of love pastes heaven........ wow this sunds like a good poem.....thank you lol

The feeling of love is wonderful, but to know you are in love, well, I believe it just takes some time. Don't worry about it, just enjoy it.

not lust (visual desire),not (just)someone you enjoy being with
not "puppy" love.You will know when it happens.Seek a man with ethics and responsible (I'm asuming your a young woman or girl).
Seek God.

when you wake up and the first thing is him, you see something on t.v and you picture it you and him...you know there somewhere and you go out your way to be there, your breath your heart your very body just wants them
