spot help!?

ok, so i have three spots on my chin, one was pussing when i squeezed it, the other two are not like scabs, the thrid one joining them. so how can i get rid of them without buying anything, diet? homemade thingys? give me your thoughts

Clean them with surgical spirit.

Have you heard of impetigo? It's a bacterial infection that causes itchy blotches that start to ooze puss and get crusty. They will spread like crazy if you pick at them. I know you don't want to spend any money but you should go to a Dr. or drug store and ask the pharmacist.
