make sure that you eat, just eat healthy foods, see a doctor, go on a diet, or exercise

I would recommend changing your diet. With the information you give, you are not receiving nutrients your body needs. A diet that may help would be a low sodium diet. Many Americans eat around 8,000-9,000mg Sodium a day and the recommended by FDA is 2,000 mg. I had gone on a diet of about 400mg and was able to lose weight in a healty way.
When you have too much sodium in your diet, your body retains water making the digestion slow down immensly. A good way to go would be:

Breakfast: 1 starch, 1 fruit
Lunch: 1 starch, 1 fruit, 1-2 vegetables
Dinner: 1 starch, 1-2 vegetables
And two times a week, a low sodium protein at lunch time
. A starch is rice-brown only, potato, corn, or plain pasta that is about 1/2 cup -2/3 cup without salt or sauces
. A fruit would be about fist sized apple, medium banana, 1 cup cut melon, 15-18 medium sized grapes
. A vegetable would be about 1/2-2/3 cup vegetables with no salts on top

If you want to use butters, use salt free/unsalted, for sauces, use one that are under 40mg sodium for a serving and stick with the serving size

I had used this diet as given to me by my doctor at the Rice Diet Program in North Carolina. It is a well recommended one. Just don't forget the exercise.
I hope this was of help to you!

In order to be classified as Anorexic you have to be at least 15% underweight. If you feel you are anorexic you should definately consult a physician because it can be the cause of other major health problems. If you are seeking to lose weight it is not healthy to eat too little, your body will actually store fat in panic that it doesn't have enough nutrition. You can safely lose 1-4 pounds per week be reducing calories between 1400-2000 calories a day depending on your weight. If you are actually overweight check out weight watchers. I have lost 36lbs on the program, my sister lost 175lbs.

I don't know bc I'm not sure of exactly what you are eating but I do know that people who eat such a little amount often start muscle atrophy and loss of lean body mass. Anorexics generally have HIGHER body fat (sometimes up to 30%)...Skin gets flabby. In addition, if this isnt your case, take a look at the swollen stomachs of malnurished in Africa. You may have your answer right there. You need to eat.

eat healthily. eat more fruit and vegetables because they dont make you put on anyyyyy weight and they are really good for you and give you lots of energy. we're supposed to eat so dont be stupid. wouldnt you prefer to be healthy and happy and full of energy with a healthy body everyone envies.
you will always have a perfect body if you are healthy. exercise and eat right like humans are sposed to, and then you can be happy that you are better than everyone else because ur not lazy and uve got good eating discipline. anorexic people are boring. they have no energy and their no fun to be around. and they dnt have any energy to develop talents. not eating is unhealthy. no one who is perfectly healthy ever has a large belly unless they have weird bodily functions. like the people in africa who dont eat their bellys swell cause ur starving. ur always going to look ugly if you dont eat because its unnatural. recognising that you might be anorexic is the first sign to helping yourself. you know you want to! take the right road to hapinesss. much love xxxx

Well for one thing doing with out eating to lose weight can finally shut your body down and make you weak, the eating the cookies and cornflakes are just putting nothing in your body but sugars, if you want to be healthy and lose weight and maintain your weight then eat right!, like in salads, yogurts, skinless chicken & turkey with out breads. Exercise! doing setups and crunches.. walking is the greatest of exercise you can do and while your walking you can still do exercises with your stomach as in sucking your stomach in hold it for like on the count of 10 and let out.. and drinking water when your done. doing with out meals isn't good, been there done that. I got down to a 104lb. and felt tired all the time. Now I just maintain my weight by not eating breads or pastas, potatoes, beef, or pork.watch your calorie intake.Hope this helps. Good Luck!.

Eat a normal amount of healthy food. But exercise and do crunches everyday. Trust me it really helps and i know there is a ton of sites online to learn good ab workouts. Your stomach is larger because you have no tone in your stomach, if you did, it would be much flatter.

well weight loss and weight gain is all based on a code............ pretend food is energy (wich it is) if you take less energy in than you take out - meaning you eat less and get more active- you body burns the energy that you justtook in and sense you're still doing exercise you body will find the extra energy that was stored as fat on your body and burn it up.

cookies and cornflakes. Those are top-shelf diet foods. I have no idea why you can't lose your gut.
