Israel is the heart of the world in many ways. From a geographic standpoint, it straddles Africa, Asia and Europe. From a spiritual standpoint, it's a holy land for Christians, Muslims, Druze, Bahai and Jews. Unhealthy? Israel has a life expectancy of 80yrs and lower infant mortality rates and obesity rates than most Western countries.

Ask the neighboring countries to Israel this question. It is not Israels fault to want to exist. It is the fault of all the neighboring countries who refuse to accept their right to exist. That pretty much sums up what's causing all the problems.

what do you mean tel aviv is unhealthy, its alot cleaner than new york or london or other big cities, its a great city.
