Is sex with relatives illegal ?

Interestingly, the U.S. is the ONLY country in the western world with any kind of taboo against first-cousin marriages or relations. It is legal in every other developed country.

Depends on where you live. in nearly all U.S. states, sex between 1st cousins is illegal. then again, i live in a state where it's illegal for a man and a woman to live together if they are not married to each other. I'd worry more about what the rest of the family thinks and not so much about what the law says.

pretty sure cousins are leagal, second cousins for sure.

cousins are not near blood related as brother sister farther mother.
not much chance of having a defective child because of this

No, it;s not illegal, but is surely immoral. Why would you even consider doing something like that? There are trillions of people in the world with no genetic relation to you. GO FIND ONE. Look at the neighbor, the person working at the corner store...anyone that is not your flesh and blood! If you do something with your cousin....you are not breaking the law,. you are committing a sin!

I think that in certain states there's a limit as to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc cousins and it's illegal to have sex with them.

More importantly, it's immoral. I'm not judging, merely stating the word of GOD.
