Yes, I too, was pissed that ABC/ESPN cut-away to the next event already in progress. They kind of had to and they even stated on air that the Busch race went longer than expected. It would have been nice for them to stick around to finish out the post race ceremonies. This is exactly why I don't care for ESPN's coverage. I never have.

For goodness sake do not in basic terms throw backwards! My pal tried this and almost broke his neck! I unquestionably have taught many people the thank you to do backflips and that i can realize this here. I unquestionably have great experiance because of the fact I unquestionably have been diving club for 4 years. And very own my own trampoline the place I do loopy crap, like a back double (flips) i'll objective to describe this besides as i can. First you like a huge leap to your first time so which you will have greater time to your turn next i detect that it particularly is valuable to look backward on the top of your leap. Arch your back and attempt to convey your ft around. attempt to think of an the different way up "J", the place the long rapidly area represents your leap and the top of the curve your head reckoning on and the curve the direction of your legs. keep looking back and at last you will see the floor the place you would be wanting to place your ft down (those are the least confusing flips to land) additionally you elect to start fliping on the suitable of your leap so which you will administration the backflip and it particularly is lots much less risky. My pal did not even leap as quickly as, yet in basic terms threw it, his head slid alongside the mat along with his physique following, just about broke his neck besides! My philosophy is, "anybody is familiar with the thank you to do a backflip, however the terror of unquestionably doing it clouds it" in different words attempt it, going backwards is the weairdest feeling of a turn, yet you in basic terms ought to objective it! by way of ways backflips are my fashionable stunts to do on the trampoline! I just about can do them on the floor, hiya you're able to do this next! lol desire this facilitates

I am trying so hard to give ABC/ESPN the benefit of the doubt with their bad coverage. I so like Rusty and a couple of the others that I want to enjoy the races they cover. But....No back flip is unforgivable. My son loves to see Carl Edwards race and win. Bet you can't guess why....He was so disappointed that it hurt me.

What good will complaining do?
Watch all the post race stuff on SPEED. They showed that idiotic backflip about a hundred times. It was on SportsCenter too.
