could be jaundice. the liver doesn't work properly. if a person eats too many carrots, they can turn orange!

Everyone has an undertone. It's determined through genetics. Some people have a yellow undertone and some have a red undertone.

My guess is mexican or south american cultures. Just because you see a lot of that in their skin.
