Excuse me, no need to be so nasty. It was simply a question of curiosity. Obvisously if I did have a pregnant dog, I would get her veterinary care, but thanks for the snap judgment!

No such test!
You can have bloods taken adn sent to a veterinary pathology lab, ultrasound or radiographs taken later in the pregnancy.
Usually due to cost and the fact that non of these can be done till alot later into the pregnancy most people just wait and see (signs: swollen abdo ect)
However she could also have a pseudopregnancy (false) where her bodies hormones THINK she is pregnant and so she will develop nipples and swollen abdo but it usually doesn't last as long as a pregnancy (57-72 days is gestation period).

I'd say... Take her to a vet... That's what they are there for. I mean, would you really want to wait for your dog to pee and have to try and give her a pregnancy test??

no you cannot.... you bring your dog to the vet and have an ultrasound..and then you spay your dog and stop contributing to the pet overpopulation in this country....... grow up and be responsible

I belive you can. It just depends on her hormones affecting her pee. But it doesn't hurt to try though....
