I'm 5'4 and weigh about 104, pretty ok weight with me, I just have a self esteem problem because of my belly, it's very round and sticks out a lot. I don't know what to do besides run and do ab exercises, but I get so bored with all that, and my mom doesn't buy much healthy stuff, she says it's to expensive, so what do I do?

You're a twig with a pouch. That's cute! Fruit is expensive? Not really. Lay off the soda and fast food. Drink more water. I don't know how old you are, but don't drink a lot of alcohol either. High in carbs and guess where that goes. To the tummy. Are u doing the exercises properly? Join a gym. You'll be fine.

Stay active, walk , when watching T.V. do some leg lifts and
stomach crunches this should help you tone up a little.Eat fruit,
and play a sport that you enjoy.
