You need to work out very hard and collect your perspiration. Then put it in a black container with plastic over top to separate the liquid from the salt. When done salt will be in the bottom black container.............sorry stupid answers for stupid questions

you can find it in any store

the ocean ,but it takes a lot of time to get the salt from the ocean and lots of very hard work heres the link on how to do that now that i know your board theres somehting to do and your can learn something as well happy times to you
