Moms always said that if you eat raw cookie dough, raw potatoes, or old chocolate you will get intestinal worms.....Is this true?

In order to get worms there would have to be live larvae in the dough or one of the ingredients. This is highly unlikely. The raw eggs in the dough can harbor bacteria, such as salmonella, that can make you sick.
Worms from raw cookie dough? No.
