At what age can a pigeon be left home alone?

Once it can eat solid food (ie.grain, seeds, bread, what have you) It can survive as long as there is an adequate water supply. You need to buy a "dribbler". A young bird can drown in a water bowl.

A young bird can drown in a water bowl. and mostly any age as long as you keep it in a cage but if it isn't in a cage and you have worries that it might fly off you should bring it to a vet to clip its wings so they wont be able to fly out of windows,openings.etc.

Once it knows how to eat and can fly.Because if you leave the bird cage the bird might fall.
