If you did not have the sense to leave the illegal stuff home before going into a government building, you do not deserve a job that requires a fingerprint card. Oh ya one other thing, do not try to carry a gun into an airport.

Yes it will but the question that really matter is, how much access your job will have. If you were going to work for the Federal Govt, those people can go all the way to juvenile and even though they can not have access to the specific, they will ask you to go get it and if you come up with the lame excuse that they don't release, you have to prove beyond any doubt that you were not found guilty. If you are working for a regular organization, then juvenile does not come up. And what WTF where you doing with a joint in a SSI building?

Of course it will if you were charged with the actual criminal charge of "Possession of Marijuana". If so, you can file a Motion and Order for Expungement to wipe your slate clean. The only people who will be able to see the arrest would be law enforcement, the lottery commission, etc.

It will show up as a possession of marijuana. You now have and will always have a criminal record. Congratulations.

Yes it will. Then it will depend on the date, are we talking days or years? If your answer is days don't bother. If it was years ago and you've been clean sense you might and I do mean MIGHT have a chance. I wouldn't even try.

Were you printed when arrested/ticketed? Mug shot? Was it a violation or misdemeanor?
You may skate if you anwered no to all and hopefully it was a violation.
