Eat a high protein diet - 2 grams protein for each pound of bodyweight. healthy, clean, non processed carbs and fruits on the low end of the glycemic index. as for the exercise, standard chest presses, flyes and pushups work best to increase the muscle mass. but remember, gaining OR losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. also, give your muscles 2 - 3 days to recover between workouts (in any one body part). good luck!

Eat junk food, morning, noon, and night. In 2 days you might have gotten 5 pds already! Don't forget to put McDonald's, Burger King, all those fast-food chains somewhere. But QUIT once you get 5 pounds. You don't wanna become blubbery or chubby or fat or anything like that.

If you want to gain weight the healthy way, try eating protein bars, and more food that contain it.

to bulk up your pecs, you should try to do some bench work outs, push ups, or seated fly excersizes. i'd start with some push ups if you dont have any access to a weight room.
Good luck with your goal!
