This recipe doesn't have cool whip, but it is easy and delicious and takes only a few minutes to mix together!

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Drops

2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp peanut butter
About 2 tbsp raisins
Quick rolled oats (enough to thicken mixture... about 1 cup? (I don't measure them)

Stir dry milk, cocoa powder, and sugar together in a medium bowl. Add water. Mix in peanut butter. Stir in raisins and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls onto a saucer and put in freezer or refrigerator for a few minutes. (Or if you really want to you can eat by spoonfuls right out of the bowl as is.) I also tried putting some in a small Pyrex custard cup and microwaving for about 30 seconds. Yum!

You can also use small rice crispy-type cereal instead of the oats, and press mixture into the bottom of a Rubbermaid container instead of drops.

Do you have a box of instant pudding? Mix it with your cool whip (dry pudding mix & cool whip) and you have a fluff. When I worked in a deli we used pistachio pudding and sould it as pistachio fluff! Quick easy and only one dish and a spoon to dirty! or make sugar cookie dough who needs to bake cookie dough! Lots of recipes for that online!
