im a 22 year old woman and my girlfriend is a 25 year old woman i want to marry her and stay in america but she is french. also can we stay in her country if we wanted to?

You would need to stay in France if you want to be married; the US does not allow marriage between the same sexes.

Unfortunately, the US does not allow marriage for gay couples so your girlfriend will not be able to get a green card in that method. However, since she's from france, it shouldn't be hard for her to get a green card to live in the US. Then she would be a legal alien. I'm not sure about the laws in France but I have a feeling they're a lot more lenient.

Here in the US gay marriage is not legal. Now there are some states who allow civil unions. Now, you can live together even if you are not married.

Depends you dont state where you are from if you are both European Union passport holders you can live in France no problem. As for the USA i am unsure as to what there legislation is for gay couples i have a feeling it will not be sympathetic.

Anyone can live with another person! The tricky part is legally marrying another girl - so unnatural!
