Islam...considering the terms terrorists have laid out for non believers to ponder upon. is quite natually to the contrary.
see, in Islam we believe that when Allah sent the beloved Moses (may Allah be pleased with him) down with the ten commandments. the very first commandment was what? "Thou shalt have NO OTHER GODS OR GRAVEN IMAGES BEFORE ME(some versions say "In my name")
so as Muslims we do not partner God with anyone, because He CLEARLY told mankind not too. the 10 commandments of the Bible yes stand even for Muslims. See, we believe of some of the things by which in God alone states of the Bible and of the Torah. but the Qur'aan remains the only book of the three that has remained UNCHANGED. there are many versions of the Bible and I don't know about the Torah if are many versions. you can check out Islamcity.com it will be in arabic first but there will be a button on the top that will say i think other languages or Islamway.com

What about begin with you are not this material body, but pure spirit soul.
Sober and expert persons should search for the spirit soul with minds purified through analytical study in terms of the soul's connection with and distinction from all things that undergo creation, maintenance and destruction.
PURPORT
A sober person can study himself and distinguish the soul from the body by analytical study. For example, when one considers his body—his head, his hands and so on-one can certainly understand the difference between the spirit soul and the body. No one says, "I head." Everyone says, "My head." Thus there are two entities—the head and "I." They are not identical, although they appear to be one conglomeration.
One may argue, "When we analyze the body we find a head, hands, legs, a belly, blood, bones, urine, stool and so on, but after everything is considered, where is the existence of the soul?" A sober man, however, avails himself of this.
Thus he can understand that the head, hands, legs and indeed the entire body have grown on the basis of the soul. If the soul is within, the body, head, hands and legs grow, but otherwise they do not. A dead child does not grow up, for the soul is not present. If by a careful analysis of the body one still cannot find the existence of the soul, this is due to his ignorance.

The Catholic doctrine is in love with it's own little rituals and laws, though it wasn't at first. Do not follow such a misleading doctrine.
Believe in the Truth.
God is All-Loving, and his Son is Jesus, the messiah.
Through Jesus came the doctrine of Love.
Have Faith, there is always Hope.
Truth is light, forget the dark.
So pray and be patient.
The Lord will give you Joy,
and show you his love.
He will bring peace to your heart, If you believe in him, and love him.
Not the Catholic doctrine. Yes, Catholic's are saved. But their doctrine is not focused on God, on who he truely is.
Get a New-Living translation of the Bible, read who Jesus really is. Then judge Chritianity.
Please, don't be lead away from God,
the truth is, God is Love. and Love is an action, not an emotion.
The Lord made me rich when I was poor,
popular when I was lonely,
I put my faith in him.

Believe in yourself. That is where you need to start.. if you feel the need to have a religion to believe in then maybe it is a good time to do some reading and find something that you can embed into your everyday living. But the main thing is to believe in yourself that in itself has a lot of power!

"Here is a promise from GOD
Pick up a book of mormon I will give you the link below to obtain one.
Read it and ask in the name of Christ if these things are true.
It is promised that if you do this he will reveal the truth to you.
That will eliminate you from some time and stress seeking a true church.

I testify that this is the true church of God. I would bet my family on it. It has givin pain, life, friendship and god a new meaning.

Believe in Truth...and don't put constraints on what that can be...just be open to discovering it.
...whether it's theistic or nontheistic is not the point...Truth is the point.
It's a highly demanding and highly rewarding objective...to commit to discovering the Truth at whatever the cost....even if it is one's own life.
Everyone can believe in Truth.

Christ isn't merely something you try. If you thought God was about granting everything you want, then I'd bet that's why you want something else to "believe in" now. If you wish to believe in something that conforms to your desires, you have a plethora to choose from, but say goodbye to truth.
