Actually, I'm not feeding you false
information, you can brush with
plain baking soda. It's amazing
what you can save when not buying
one of 15 different toothpastes
from Colgate-Palmolive or a competitor.

The baking soda will do the same thing.
as any of those. Rinse afterwards and
the salty taste will go away. And
your teeth will get whiter, in a short time.

Try using peroixide and baking soda. If it is your first time using it, it will burn your gums but you can solve that by diluting it with water, but not a lot. As you get use to it lessen up on the water. I use straight peroxide and baking soda now. If you get those crest white strips the y really strip your enamel. Try natural products and trust me baking soda and peroxide is a whole lot cheaper than the damn crst white strips. You can see the results within a matter of a week uf you brush your teeth every day

Have you tried professional bleaching/whitening? Have you tried any of the kits? Try also brushing with baking soda and also using peroxide to rinse (very little). These are just a few suggestions. Cut back on smoking if you do, tea, these kinds of teeth staining products. GOOD LUCK.

Some foods such as tea, grapejuice, and blueberries will stain teeth. Some medications cause the teeth to turn yellowish colored. Brushing your teeth with baking soda helps. Just put a little dab of baking soda in the palm of one hand and dip you wet toothbrush in it. Using peroxide as a mouth rinse will also help. Just put a capful in your mouth and swish it around your teeth. Don't swallow it; spit it out.

I have noticed a difference by rinsing my mouth with regular Peroxide. I started using it because I was getting a lot of canker sores, but I noticed my gums and teeth started looking better too. A good cleaning at the dentist might be a good idea too.

Do you smoke, drink alot of tea, coffee, or soft drinks? These can all cause your teeth to turn yellow. Stop, or limit these things if you are doing them. also, try some over the counter whiteners., or you can go to your dentist and ask to get your teeth whitened.

I agree with david s, all those other things might work but a box of 50 cent baking soda works just as well. I told my husband to put alittle on his toothbrush before brushing and now he can't stop showing me his teeth! I may also try mixing it with peroxide or with black pepper as was suggested earlier. make sure you try that before the expensive fixes you may be surprised

You could get them bleached by your doctor, use tooth paste that says "teeth-whitening" on the front, or use the strips that you put on your teeth every day or twice a day and help whiten your teeth (but they are a pain! figuratively and literally!)
