Yes, but I wouldnt recommend it, well not after seeing my friends sister use it.....she walked around looking like she had a slight milk mustache (and she is light toned) lol.

U can buy facial hair bleach at the grocery store. 2 brands I've used r Jolen & Sally Hansen. They're inexpensive & easy 2 use.

1-put mayonnaise on it, and sit in the sun for a while
2-put hydrogen peroxide on it
