try out some exersises like sit ups and skipping. But definitly ur gonna hav 2 eat a low fat high protein diet. Eat lots of fish, white meat like chicken and lots and lots of fruit and veggies. If ur not used 2 this diet u might not enjoy it at first... however you'll soon find yourself feeling remarkably healty and energetic ;)

There are tons of tapes and DVDs you can do at home. I have them and it works..you can sweat as much as you want and don't worry about others. Walking is great too. Cut out fattening foods and eat more fruit and veggies, they help curb the appetite so you don't eat or want sweets.

Well, you're a lot younger than I am more than likely, but here's what I'm trying. "Eat right." 30 minutes of vigorous walking 5-6 days a week.

Cardio exercise and a modest reduction (assuming you eat to meet your caloric needs) in caloric intake should help.

walking or swimming will tone you all over. riding my bike really helped me reduce my rear and thighs.

you can eat healthy, vegetables and not junk stuff, try to do work at your house like clean something or run on you garden belive me it works.
