vitamin C is important, as smoking depletes it, so you could supplement with a multivitamin and make sure you're getting adequate amounts of vit. C.
however, considering quitting smoking would be the best option for your health. it's easier than you think, all you need to do is want to quit- talk to your doctor.

If you must smoke, drink green tea daily. I had to make a decision about my vices. i.e drinking,smoking and cursing, so i decided to quit cursing. Hawthrone berry is good for the heart i might add.( 86 year old smoker.)

Is there one? The best thing for smokers is to quit smoking. I know its hard, my mother smoked for 50 years and couldn't quit...she died of lung cancer 7 months ago.

Antioxidants from natural foods. Blueberries, cranberries, teas, coffee, chocolate.
B group vitamins and C. Lycopene from cooked tomatos.
