I really need to kno if i have bad breath but im not sure because i brush my teeth 3 times a day, and i floss. I tried doing the licking the back of your hand thing but i dont smell anything, but sometimes when i talk i kinda taste something weird in my mouth and i sometimes can smell it but im not sure if this is bad breath. Also does having a dry mouth mean you have bad breath? What can i do to make sure i have bad breath or not? Please help because im really paranoid with this whole thing.

Put your hand out in front of your face. relese air from your mouth in a yawning grasp. Befroe the air escapes quickly get a whiff of it. If its seems okay to you then so will other people think well of your breath. But if it smells then other peole won't like the smell either unless you have a certain prefrence of smell you like.

Ask a friend to smell your breath for you and to tell you if it smells or not. We all naturally have some form of bad breath becasue there are always bacteria in our mouth, which can cause bad breath. Your mouth is probably dry from all of the brushing. Make sure you're getting plenty of water, and that you're not spitting out your saliva, since it has amalases and other enzyme that help to kill bacteria in your mouth.
I wouldn't worry too much about your breath. But if you're really concerned, maybe you should see you dentist.

This could simply be that you need a cleaning or there's possibly an infection somewhere either in your mouth or somewhere else in your body. Are you on any meds? Have any health issues? First, see your dental hygienist and have your teeth cleaned. Even though you brush and floss, there's still bacteria below the gum tissues that can cause bad breath that you may not be able to remove. Also try brushing your tongue.

A dry mouth can cause bad breath adn what you are tasting is probably ear wax that has drained down-the tubes drain into the back of your throat-and can cause it as well. Just carry breath mints in case and drink loads of water. You will feel better for it and stop the dry mouth.

Gargle with peroxide. It will kill the germs that cause bad breath. and keep brushing 3 times a day. I'm not sure about the dry mouth but maybe try drinking water more often.

put the palm of your hand about an inch away from your mouth and exhale. smell instantly. if you have bad breath it will hit you like a handbag across the face. bad breath is caused by bacteria in your mouth. try brushing your tongue with your tooth brush.
best of luck

look at peoples eyes when you talk , if they look at your mouth they're not listening to you...they're thinking the stink must be coming out from....your insides and coming out through your mouth , also they tend to turn their faces not facing you and step aside , in severe cases their eyes look at each other and the nose seems to shrink , their mouth ...sometimes curses .
Come on , just ask someone you trust or even your dentist .
you can treat that
