I am in the 5th grade and weigh 160lbs and i am 5'2. Does anyone have any plans i should consider on that are easy quick and acually help you lose weight?

Set up a nutrition plan with your doctor, and learn to love moving--getting active will really help your health. Please don't go any of these crash diet/fad things--you're too young and they can really cause you permanent damage.

Go to your doctor and ask them to help you set up a food plan.
