let your artist do that. if they are good they can usually just draw an awesome tattoo design based off of what you tell them you want. if they asked for reference... well... that kinda makes them sound lazy because they can do that themselves. and.. why would you want to show them a stencil for reference anyway? if anything, print out a picture of some real orchids and have them go off that. they will custom draw it for you and if you like it they will put it through the thermafax and make a stencil to put on your body.

Don't be cheap...the people who do the artwork on flash sheets deserve to be paid, the same way a tattoo artist does.

Get yourself some paper, pencils, and ink, then make your own if you don't want to pay for it.
