My sister has pimples all over her back and shoulders. It gets worse in the winter.

My friend has this problem, I wouldnt recommend this, but when she got sun burnt last summer, it got rid of them, she kept tanning afterward.

i'm an esthetician and when we were in school we did back facials. its basically the same procedure as a regular facial (cleansing, toning, steam, extractions, mask and moisturizer) but on your back. the extractions will help her pimples and the more she goes the less she should have. look for a spa in your area that gives back facials

I have this same problem, they wont go away! I'm guessing that just as with the face, if you clean it reguarly like everytime you take a shower you will eventually start to break-out less often.

use an acne fighting body wash only on the affected area with a loofah sponge on a handle made especailly for reaching the back...
