*Control Your Voice
How do you convince your crush you're fabulous over talking or on the phone? Your voice has a lot to do with it. Focus on speaking s-l-o-w-l-y. If you're nervous, you will naturally talk faster, so remind yourself to slow it down. Use pauses to put on the brakes if you catch yourself racing, or rambling. Speak clearly and don't whisper or yell. Of course, you have to be you - and if that's someone who talks a mile a minute, go ahead and do that! Just keep in mind that you'll be most impressive if he senses you are confident.

Yep, it's One of my favorite trick - asking open-ended questions. You want the things you say to lead to further conversation, so ask him questions that won't just prompt one-word, "yes" or "no," answers. For example, if you he tells you he's helping his dad fix the family car this weekend, you could ask him, "How did you learn to do that?" Or, "What other fixit stuff do you know how to do?"

Seasonal stuff - holidays, events, school breaks - are great topics to ask questions about. Whatever time of year it is, there's probably a holiday nearby. For instance, in October, you might ask him what he's doing for Halloween. February is a perfect excuse to find out what he thinks about Valentine's Day. And so on! I know those things have pasted but u get the flow.

***Hush Up and Listen
Remember, the phone/talking goes two-ways. When the convo is cooking along, make sure you pause sometimes to let your crush talk. When you ask a question, don't rush to ask another one until you're sure he's finished answering. If you're lucky, he'll talk a lot and you'll find out all about him... and have less pressure to keep things going.

Saying Bye
When you feel the conversation wrapping up, tell your crush, "It was nice talking to you" or sumthing like tat and say goodbye. End the call/talking before you run out of things to say. One of you can always talk again tomorrow!
