Its nothing to worry about!! My dog has a pink nose 24/7 and shes healthy! Another dog i know, he had a pink nose up until 3 months ago and it is now going pink and hes very young so its nothing to be worried about! The only thing is is that in the summer if your dog is always out in the sun you may want to put some suncream on its nose as it can absorb the heat or something lke that. Our vet told us to do it!!

Oh hun is it cold where you are or even if its warn this to will happen... my dog is a Cur dog (American Bull Dog/hound) she is yellow and her nose always seems to go from blackish to white/pink mostly when it's cold outside it doesnt mean anything is wrong with her i promise!! it's just the weather just like us when its cold our nose might turn a pinkish color.. but for them if they get to hot theres will turn pinkish like when they are really tired and have been playing alot.. but if your very worried then i would just call a vet or spca around you and just ask that question you asked me they should tell you its ok over the phone if you cant make it over there.. hope that helps! take care!

My dog has a pink nose but it became a brighter pink and that was due to toxins in her blood system. Cheek your dogs gums and if they seem a stranger colour than normal then go to the vet.

that is called winter nose it should come back i have a maltese who got the same thing once and when i mentioned it to the vet he said that was what it was. After she had a litter of pups i got her an injection of multi vitamins and B12 and her pigment came back stronger than ever.

if she is young it is possible that she is just growing. Pink noses are a bit of a worry in hot weather - see your vet and get it checked and ask for advice.

is it a young dog? many dogs for an unknown reason are born with a white/pink nose, some believe its due to the manufactured diet additives or imbreeding. whatever the case the reason its seen so little is that they often have a birth mark on there nose, making it appear as normal, and as with some birth marks that we are born with, they can begin to fade leaving the 'original' colour inplace.

That's very odd. Humans can get a condition called vitiligo which is when patches of pigment are lost. Perhaps your dog has this too. Why not phone the vet to ask?

She is probably just a little bit sick, but if the symptoms worsen over the next few days I would suggest seeing a vet.
