Simple! Straighten it! But keep away from water! If you want the curls on the ends, try curling the ends of your hair afterword.

if you cant straighten it then id say youre not going to achieve that look but you can do a variation of it.. my hairs really curly too and i find that if i pull it into a bun when its wet it defines the curls and looks really good..you can also take little peices of hair and twist it one by one to make spirals (when its wet) and define them that way this takes a little longer but looks just as good if not better! if your going for tight curls twist it but if you want loose curls put it in a bun until its dry...you can also try putting it in braids (or just hte ends) to make it look sort of like that but i find that it gets frizzy when i do that.
good luck! sorry oyur mom wont let you straighten it..if you want to get her to let you try telling her about products that protect it from frying..theres sprays out there that you spray on the pieces of hair youre going to straighten and it sort of covers it from the heat! just tell her you wont straighten it alll the time and oyull do things to keep it healthy like use special shampoos and the sprays ect!
hope i helped!

if you can straighten your hair, i suggest that you braid you hair after you wash it,hairspray it when its dry. the next day take it out and it should be fairly waved. then just brush it with a wide comb to spread it evenly, then comb back the front hairs (bangs) then pull it back and clip it or tie it

You can't achieve that look without somehow making your hair straight, obviously.
Use lots of heavy leave-in conditioners to "stretch out" the curls.

this is confusing to assert for the reason that i don't understand your hair type or texture, yet out of adventure i could say none of your frizziness works the terrific. this is going to seal your hair cuticle and tame any frizzy hair. after my terrific buddy, who's companies to have unruly unmanageable hair, used this prodect her hair grew to become into gentle and silky. desire i helped ;)

Use extra conditioner and blow dry it so that it's not quite straight, then use a ton of hairspray to keep it like that.
