Well... there are certain "growth supplements" that you can take. Try those, but I don't guarantee anything.
You're still 13 years old. You will have to grow taller since you're still young. If you really want to grow taller, here are some tips.
Try EXERCISING. Exercise, specifically stretching can unleash hidden height from your slouchy back. Here are a few you can try:
Touch Toes: Keep your feet as close together as possible and back straight. Raise your hands above your head, and slowly bend over forward to touch your toes.
Wall Stretch: Stand up against the wall while keeping your back straight as much as possible. Reach your hands up as high as you can by getting onto your tip toes.
Hanging: Simply hang yourself from a bar to lengthen and strengthen your spine. Use wider grip for better results.
Cobra: With your body face down and palms on the floor try to arch your spine as far back as possible.
Also, you can try making yourself LOOK taller. If you are really that self conscious about your height, try the following fashion tips.
1. Dark colors like black and navy has tall elongated effect. Try adding more dark neutral colors into your wardrobe.
2. Go for lighter or medium weight fabrics instead of bulky materials. Heavy fabric will make you look shorter and bulkier.
3. Wear vertical strips to give a longer and stretched outlook.
4. Dressing yourself in dark neutral monochromatic colors will instantly make you look slimmer and taller. Dressing in the same color pant and shirt will create an unbroken line for an elongated effect.
5. It is better to tuck your shirts in. Un-tucked shirts will create an illusion of shorter legs making you look short.
6. Wearing a long overcoat will also create an illusion of shorter legs. Wear an overcoat long enough to cover your jacket. However, for short people, its better to avoid wearing overcoat altogether, if possible.
7. The pants should sit at the natural waistline. Neither too high, nor too low. Ideally the pants should rest just above the hips.
8. Anything loose and baggy is a big NO. Proper fit is the key for creating the height illusion.
9. Turtle neck sweaters tend to hide the neck and V-neck, on the other hand, creates a longer neck effect. Avoid wearing turtleneck sweaters.

I'm not sure there is a way. Your height is genetically determined by your genes. I'm 35 and only 5'2" and believe me...its ok to be the height you are. I used to want to be taller too but all I could do was be the best me I could be.
Medically, I think there is a surgical procedure and growth hormones but I believe these are used only in the case of dwarfism. I saw a program on this and the surgical procedure was horribly painful...like torture...because they had to break bones and separate them with a metal brace on the outside and screws on the inside of the bone.
For your age and height, it seems that you are quite normal. At 13 you also still have some growing to do so you may even get taller. My honest opinion is to work on self esteem. Its hard, I know that firsthand, but love yourself for the beautiful person you are...inside and out.

The others are right in saying that your ultimate height is determined by the genes you got from your parents. The averages of their heights is a good prediction of your adult height, but not infallable. I have heard that you can increase your height by up to an inch if you swim lengths on a regular basis - it increases the cartilege between the vertebrae just a little bit. You can also wear lifts in your shoes to gain an inch or so, and when you get older, you can wear high heels - although not all the time (they're not good for you). Just remember, "Good things come in small packages." Lots of guys like short girls, and so what if he has to bend over to kiss you? When you get to the "making out" age, you can always sit in his lap, and be closer to a matching eye level.

How do you get taller that's all depend on your parents height. It depend on if tall people run in your family. You only thirteen you still have room to grow.Take my advice I'm only 5'2 and I'm thirty yrs old.I like being short because we get to wear cute clothes and are feet are small. Most guys don't like tall girls. You should be thinking about boys right now.I hope you are still a virgin.

You can't do ANYTHING. Someone said stretches. That's false. Nothing you do will make you grow faster. You are only 13. Relax. You won't be done growing until you are 19-20. It's derterminded by your genes, and there is nothing you can do about it. Nothing you can take, no stretches, no exercises.....nothing.

your doctor's probably told u this plenty, but drinking milk helps. I think it's the calcium that helps your height. anyhow, ask your doctor for the best advice.

Height is determined by heredity. You still have some growing to do yet, give it time.
