MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
She's 17 and she was kissing someone. Unless you would punish her for doing that with a boy.. I suggest you chill out and maybe speak with a therapist about your homophobia.

It all depends on what you as a person believe, If you believe in God, then in your eyes that was a sin. In that case sit down and talk to her, remebering that Christians are called to love everyone, no matter what, especially outcasts or people who disagree with it.
If you are not a Christian, then look at yourself and evaluate why you see this as a problem, then when you know how you feel about it, you can tell her and talk to her.
Don't push her away, and let her make her own decisions, she may just come around and see the truth.

If she knows you saw her, ask her if you could talk to her about it because it's a big surprise to you. She may be too embarrassed. Don't be judgemental, she's still the daughter you always loved. Remember that this is still a relationship just like her being with a boy is a relationship. Let her take the lead, after all, she's 17 already.

She is probably just as horrified as you are. Give her a break being a teenage girl is really tough, remember? Let her know you are there for her and leave it alone otherwise she might cut out of her life and you'll never know what's going on. it's her life and at some point moms have to become a best friend instead of a mother.

I think she would be embarresed enough at the fact that you caught her. And i don't think you should do anything. let her experience life for her self. There comes a point where she has to figure things out herself. after all it could be nothing.

you should talk to your daughter about why she was doing this. ask her what her sexual preferance is.. a girl that age usually knows what gender she is interested in. but dont push her away.. no matter what she says..(whether she is lesbian or not) you should understand that this is what makes her happy, and just let her live her life out..

Don't do anything. There isn't anything to do. She *may* be gay or she may just be exploring her sexuality. She may just simply be curious. Even if she is gay...it's not the worst thing in the world. Be glad that you have a healthy daughter and hopefully a happy one. As parents, what more can we ask for?

Don't do anything! I think you should let her do what she wants. If she is happy kissing a girl, you shouldn't be mad at her or freak out. You should love your daughter no matter who she kisses.

Ask her why she was having sex with a girl. Don't let her out of your sight except to go to school.

theres nothing wrong with that. Most of the time when teen girls kiss other chicks its cause they are curious, and other times they are finding themselves. meaning their sexuality. its no big deal
shes your daughter and love her no matter how she is.
let her be herself.
just try to be very understanding and calm, be cool with her.

I would talk to her about how it's not appropriate to show a public display of affection whether she is with a male or female. You might have a daughter that likes girls, but chances are she just wants to experience it because right now, being a lesbian is trendy. I wouldn't make a big deal about it being a girl because if you show that it affects you in any way, she might continue to do it just to get a rise out of you.
