there's no way to loose alot in a short period of time...the first couple weeks you might loose alot but that is mainly water weight..my first week doing weight watchers i lost 5 lbs and the second i lost 7 but have leveled off to about 1 -2 lbs a week and thats normal and healthy

If you stop eating, you will stop having bowel movements for a while, which means you won't lose any weight. The only way to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time is with sickness (diarreah, vomiting, etc.)
