I PROMISE U- U WILL REGRET the icecream when finisjhed eating , only because it wont leave SUCH a great taste in your mouth, eat a lil though.. 4 or 5 hours of walking will def. get rid of the ice cream

Cheat days are totally helpful but you shouldn't go overboard and lose all the work you put into exercise. There's this book on Amazon called the Step Diet. It gives you breakdowns on how much walking you have to do to "earn" a treat. I think another thing that's good is to start using a salad plate for meals; so you're forced to eat only what can fit on it. I tried that and now when I go out to restaurants; I mentally eat 1/2 the portion and take the rest home. You'd be surprised how quick your tummy adjusts.

Take note of how many calories you take in with your ice cream. Make sure that your burn at least that many calories when you walk tomorrow. If you do that, you wont gain weight.

yes you will gain weight because you waited to long to go walk because when you sleep your body doesn't move that much so all the surge and every thing else settles in and there you have to walk about 4 hours a week to lose the weight

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
