Sure. It worked for me. Just drink 2 or 3 cans throughout the day in ADDITION to regular, well-balanced meals. Three cans of Ensure Plus equals almost 1,000 Calories. If you add that to a daily Caloric intake of 2,000-3,000 Calories from healthy food, you'll gain 3 or 4 pounds per month.

You remind me of myself (except i'm almost 13) if you wanna gain weight drink the ensure but drink the one that says PLUS. And eat more don't think the ensure is gonna help you all by it's self.

i work in a nursing home in wisconsin and we give the elderly ensure, kemps +, breeze juices it all has high caloric count and it does help you gain weight. We have residents that only drink ensure and they gain a substational amount of weight. Many live many years on ensure alone.
Ensure is basically vitamins with calories!
But also please eat food also. They only drink ensure because alone because they cant eat solids or pureed foods.

I think Ensure is more of a suppliment. Made to give u the vitamins & stuff u don't get when u don't eat. I've had 2 drink it before.(had anorexia) GNC has great stuff to help u gain weight. My sister went 2 them.

Definitely! It's a tasty, nutritious milk shake that you don't have to feel guilty about putting into your body. Have well-balanced meals with your ensure and watch the pounds come on, but please continue to drink lots of water and exercise no matter what your weight may be. Good luck!!

YOU CAN.
BUT MORE IMPORTANT.
GET A COMPLETE PHYSICAL BY YOUR PHYSICIAN,
SOMETIMES WE ARE COMPLETELY HEALTHY AND STAY ON THE SLIM SIDE THEN SPURT GAIN 15 OR 20 LBS... GAINING WEIGHT BY PACKING ON CALORIES ISN'T ALWAYS BEST FOR PEOPLE.
LET THE DOCTOR CHECK YOU OUT FIRST..MAYBE YOU NEED SOME VITAMINS AND MINERALS.....AND NOT EXTRA FOOD FOR NOW...

AND ALL PEOPLE AREN'T MEANT TO BE FAT OR BIG...
YOU'RE BLESSED IN A WAY...

Eat lots of RICE and BEANS...

I would be careful with many of those "products" that you mention one of...
Don't get me wrong I am not against "packaged foods or anything...I am just skeptical of some of the products on the market today...

READ FOOD LABELS and know what it is that you are eating, reading INGREDIENT lists is the most important part of "shopping" when dealing with packaged foods. BE VEGAN... and be concerned about some of the "additions" that they even try to slip in vegan foods. (bacteria and yeast namely)

I'm 16 and weigh 90, and tried it, but it didn't help. But just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. Just make sure it's a supplement to your diet, not a replacement of other foods.

yes, by incresing your caloric intake you can gain weight, but be aware that it will be " fat weight" if you are not exercising and putting on muscle with it.
