my boyfriend and I just got him a month ago. The dog is three years old and is the most loving pit bull I have ever come across.

He is afraid of the noise, and knows that something is wrong. It scares him.

Obviously the dog came from a home where yelling was common. He pees because he is stressed by the yelling. You are going to need to love this dog with all your heart and make him secure in his new home so that he knows everything is OK. If you and your BF are the ones yelling STOP. You are causing your dog undue stress and arguments can be carried out without yelling.

Good luck. And be super-loving to your pit-bull. They are a scary breed and this one is easily stressed.
