Alright, who ever wrote that skinny jeans make you skinny, that is incredibly UNTRUE. Skinny jeans just mean that the jeans are skin tight from top to bottom.
No here's my advice: It is impossible to spot reduce, which is why only excersising your legs won't fix your problem. First start yourself on a new healthy diet. I know you've heard this before, but just eat healthy, and try to stay away from the sweets. If you feel like you are about to cheat and eat sweets, eat one hershey kiss, it will kill the craving, and make you less likely to binge later on.
As far as your legs are concerned, you should try kick boxing. Most gyms offer it, but it is the ultimate way to gain muscle, and loose fat. I would also recomend pilates and yoga. If you do one of each class a week, plus the new healthy eating plan, your legs will be ready to go!

My sister used to be REALLY overweight. But then she started eating healthier and she took up swimming. I guess any sport will do the trick but swimming works EVERYTHING!! Or, you could go vegetarian. The first couple of months after I became vegetarian I lost a LITTLE bit of weight. Plus! It'd be good for the environment and the animals! But if veggie isn't your thing then just working out and eating right will do it.
But honestly, you're legs can't be that awful. And...
a) People who judge you by your legs and not your character are just stupid.
b) Everything looks worse to you than it does to everyone else. Like when you have a zit and you think it's HUGE but it ends up not being so bad.

dance, jog regularly.
Do this stretch 20 times on each leg at least once a day. Lay on your side, proping your head up on your hand with your elbow on the floor. Slowly raise your upper leg hold it for 5 secs then bring it down slowly. After 20 on that leg, turn over and do the other leg. It burns but it works! You have to be persistant though! You can start off with 10 on each leg. When your getting good at 20, try laying on your side again, and raising both legs at the same time holding then lowering (hard).
Or you could do static sits. Lean against a wall (standing) then lowering yourself as if sitting on a chair, so that your legs are at 60 degree angles. Hold like this for as long as you can try 2mins to start with.
ANother is this. go on one knee and use your other leg to raise yourself up to a standing position, then switch legs (DONT USE HANDS!) do this 20times on each leg).

I have a similar problem. I always have to struggle against my natural pear shape, especially because if I'm not careful I can end up with huge saddlebags!
I don't think there are any miracles for it though. I find a combination of regular exercise such as jogging to reduce overall weight, along with some water retention loss tablets help but its also wise to cut out as much unhealthy fatty food as possible, especially chocolate and crisp (my weakness). Eat healthy otherwise though,

Running will help, but anyother way to lose some of the fat is to cut all junk food out of your diet. Only eat healthy foods and working out will help. Also, to build muscle in your thighs as you lose fat, you can do squats.

Walk it off, stop eating at least two hours before bed, drink more water (it's a natural appetite suppressant).
Don't do any fad diets. It's all about balance and moderation. If you eat more than you use, your body stores it as fat. If you starve yourself of nutrients your body will store them as fat when you do get them even if you don't "overeat".
Exercise every day at least 30 continuous minutes and get plenty of rest. The fat will slowly disappear (one to two pounds a month) and you will feel better.
Peace.

Try and do more leg stretching exercises like a ballerina. Lose some over all weight and they should thin out a bit.

If you wear some "skinny jeans" That will help a lot, its the name that gives it the answer. You should excersize daily, and move those legs more.
