lump under skin?

A lump, just a bit smaller than a pea, showed up overnight under my skin. It's near the inside of my elbow, about an inch up from all those veins. It's blue, like a vein, doesn't pulsate or hurt. Any help is appreciated!

Go and have it checked out just in case it's cancerous.

I agree. It may not be a big deal, but I would definately get it looked at.
