I know her first name is pronunced Cor-ee-na, but is her last name Fug-ate or few-gate? Alot of names are pronounced weird ways, and I want to make sure I pronounce hers correctly.

Could be Italian, derived from Latin, meaning "to flee"
like in fugitive. Weird is not the most diplomatic description for other languages than English, now is it? but it's good you're not going to make a fool of yourself.

I think its pronouced as Few-gate. Thats how i would say it if i saw the name. but i am certain that it is pronouced as "Few-gate" 'cause, really, why would you want your last name pronounced as "Fug-ate"? but, thats just what i think.
